Shipping / Returns / Warranty Policy

Kalash Triggers LLC produces and fulfills orders in limited weekly batches. Production is limited to approximately 100 units per week. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to batch availability.

Estimated fulfillment and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production timelines may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, compliance review, payment processor requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Your order may not ship immediately and will be fulfilled based on the next available production batch.
2. Estimated shipping timelines are subject to change without notice.
3. Kalash Triggers LLC will communicate fulfillment updates to the email address provided at checkout when practical.
4. Kalash Triggers LLC is not liable for delays caused by production scheduling, supply chain issues, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Kalash Triggers LLC ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Shipping carrier, method, and estimated transit time will be determined by Kalash Triggers LLC and may vary by order. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be disclosed at checkout.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email address on file when available. Kalash Triggers LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been tendered to the carrier.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is in a jurisdiction where the product may be lawfully received. Kalash Triggers LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order we determine may involve a restricted jurisdiction.

All sales are final. Kalash Triggers LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products that have been installed, used, modified, altered, or fitted.
• Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, negligent handling, or unauthorized modification.
• Change-of-mind purchases.
• Orders placed by mistake or where the customer failed to verify product compatibility or legality before purchase.
• Orders cancelled after fulfillment has begun or the product has shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, compatibility information, installation requirements, and legal restrictions, and that you accept the final sale policy.

If you receive a product that is defective upon arrival and has not been installed, used, modified, or altered, Kalash Triggers LLC will replace the defective product at our discretion.

To initiate a defective product claim:

1. Contact Kalash Triggers LLC at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs or video evidence of the defect.
3. Do not install, use, modify, or attempt to repair the product before contacting us, as doing so may void eligibility for replacement.

Kalash Triggers LLC reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any replacement. Replacement is subject to product availability. Kalash Triggers LLC may require the return of the defective product before shipping a replacement.

The following are not covered under the defective product policy:

• Products damaged during installation, fitting, or use.
• Products modified, altered, or repaired by the customer or a third party.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper installation, negligent handling, or use inconsistent with product intent.
• Products used in configurations not intended or supported by Kalash Triggers LLC.

Orders may not be cancelled once placed, except at the sole discretion of Kalash Triggers LLC. If Kalash Triggers LLC approves a cancellation request before fulfillment has begun, a refund to the original payment method will be issued when possible, minus any applicable processing fees.

Kalash Triggers LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to compliance concerns, restricted shipping jurisdictions, fraud detection, payment issues, or inability to fulfill. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders that are placed using a shipping address in a jurisdiction where Kalash Triggers LLC determines the product may be prohibited or restricted will be cancelled and refunded. Kalash Triggers LLC will make reasonable efforts to identify restricted jurisdictions, but it is ultimately the customer's sole responsibility to verify legality before ordering.

Kalash Triggers LLC is not responsible for orders where the customer knowingly or unknowingly placed an order from a restricted jurisdiction. Refunds in such cases will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact Kalash Triggers LLC at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Kalash Triggers LLC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks, provide evidence to payment processors, recover costs, refuse future service, cancel pending orders, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law for fraudulent or abusive disputes.
