Waiver & Release of Liability

You expressly acknowledge and agree that firearms and firearm accessories involve inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, regardless of the care exercised in manufacture, design, installation, handling, and use.

These inherent risks include, but are not limited to:

1. The risk of personal injury, serious bodily harm, disability, or death arising from the use, misuse, improper installation, improper fitting, negligent handling, or mechanical failure of any firearm or firearm accessory.
2. The risk of property damage arising from the use, misuse, or malfunction of any firearm or firearm accessory.
3. The risk of legal consequences arising from non-compliant purchase, possession, installation, transfer, or use of any firearm accessory.
4. The risk of incompatibility between the product and specific firearm configurations, receivers, or builds.
5. The risk of unintended firearm operation arising from improper installation, improper fitting, or modification.

You acknowledge that you have been fully informed of these risks and that you accept and assume these risks voluntarily.

By purchasing, receiving, installing, handling, possessing, transferring, or using any product sold by Kalash Triggers LLC, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with:

1. Firearm ownership and operation.
2. Installation, fitting, adjustment, and modification of firearm accessories.
3. Use, misuse, or negligent use of any Kalash Triggers LLC product.
4. Transfer of any Kalash Triggers LLC product to another person.
5. Resale of any Kalash Triggers LLC product.
6. Mechanical failure, malfunction, or unintended operation.
7. Legal consequences arising from your purchase, possession, installation, transfer, or use of the product in your jurisdiction.
8. Any consequence arising from your failure to verify the legality of the product in your applicable jurisdiction.

You understand that this voluntary assumption of risk is a material part of this transaction and that Kalash Triggers LLC would not sell products to you without this agreement.

In consideration of being permitted to purchase, receive, install, handle, possess, transfer, or use any Kalash Triggers LLC product, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Kalash Triggers LLC, including its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, vendors, service providers, processors, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

1. The purchase, possession, installation, fitting, handling, transfer, resale, or use of any Kalash Triggers LLC product.
2. Any injury, death, disability, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of any Kalash Triggers LLC product.
3. Any malfunction, unintended operation, or mechanical failure of any product.
4. Any improper installation, improper fitting, or unauthorized modification of any product.
5. Any legal consequences arising from your purchase, possession, installation, transfer, or use of any product.
6. Any claim of negligence on the part of Kalash Triggers LLC in the design, manufacture, marketing, or sale of any product.

This release applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, product liability, negligence, statute, equity, or any other legal theory.

This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under applicable law. If any portion of this release is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kalash Triggers LLC, including its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, vendors, service providers, processors, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, fines, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

1. Your purchase, possession, installation, fitting, handling, transfer, resale, or use of any Kalash Triggers LLC product.
2. Your violation of these Terms, this Waiver, or any applicable law.
3. Your misuse or negligent use of any product.
4. Your failure to verify the legality of any product in your jurisdiction.
5. Any claim brought by a third party arising from your conduct or use of the product.

By purchasing any Kalash Triggers LLC product, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. You are legally eligible to purchase, possess, and use firearm accessories in your jurisdiction.
3. You are not purchasing on behalf of any prohibited person or for use in any restricted jurisdiction.
4. You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with firearms and firearm accessories.
5. You are purchasing for lawful purposes only.
6. You have independently verified the legality of the product in your jurisdiction.
7. You have the knowledge and skill necessary to safely handle and operate the product, or you will seek qualified professional assistance.
8. You have read and agree to Kalash Triggers LLC's Terms & Conditions, this Waiver & Release, and all other applicable policies.

Nothing in this Waiver or on this website constitutes legal advice. Kalash Triggers LLC does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of any product in any jurisdiction. You should consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction if you have legal questions.

This Waiver & Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Waiver shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration provisions set forth in Kalash Triggers LLC's Terms & Conditions.
