By purchasing, installing, handling, or using any Kalash Triggers LLC product, you acknowledge and agree that:

4. You should seek assistance from a qualified gunsmith if you are unsure how to install, inspect, test, or safely use the product.
5. Kalash Triggers LLC is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, unsafe handling, negligent use, or unlawful use.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Kalash Triggers LLC. All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Kalash Triggers LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, hold, delay, or refund any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

1. Product availability.
2. Pricing errors or website errors.
3. Suspected fraud or payment issues.

If Kalash Triggers LLC offers preorders, backorders, limited releases, launch batches, or delayed fulfillment products, estimated shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

By placing a preorder or backorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Production and fulfillment timelines may change.
2. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, compliance review, or other circumstances.
3. Kalash Triggers LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any preorder or backorder at its discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kalash Triggers LLC, including its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, vendors, service providers, processors, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, fines, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

Kalash Triggers LLC does not authorize the export, re-export, transfer, shipment, forwarding, or resale of any product outside of the United States unless expressly approved in writing by Kalash Triggers LLC and permitted under all applicable laws.

You agree not to export, forward, transfer, ship, or resell any product in violation of U.S. export control laws, sanctions, trade restrictions, or any applicable international, federal, state, or local law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
